The 3 peaks yacht race was a lifetime experience and adventure for me...

...I did the 3 highest peaks of great britain within three and a half days, covering the distance in between just by sailing

...I ran 110km, did 52km on the bike and a total of 5300 vertical meters up in 15 hours 15 minutes

...right after running we started sailing again, so getting ready for the next run meant nothing else than trying to sleep on a boat that's sailing through the waves of the irish sea

...I experienced how challenging it can be to become a team with 4 other people I barely knew before on a 37ft boat (maybe the biggest but also the most exciting challenge...and I think we made it well!:))
